Simplicity Gourmet believes that we have one primary responsibility: to serve others - serve our Customers, Our Team Mates and Partners, and Our Communities, locally, regionally, and nationally. Although we offer some of the finest products available, Simplicity Gourmet is first and foremost focused on people, because all the products and services we offer are in the end designed to improve lives.
Serving Our Customers
We believe that the strength in America is found in the strength of our families, we believe a valuable way to serve our customers is by enhancing their lifestyle and making it easier for them to come back to the dinner table, to prepare healthy, tasty meals, to gather families for special occasions or just spend time with one another. Our desire is to create an “experience” through educating and equipping every customer with products that improve health, are easy to use and have lasting value. In an effort to create this experience we offer cooking schools and classes in markets all over the United States. Finally, we choose to conduct our business with the highest level of integrity. This is evident with our warranty. Unlike others, our warranty is not attached to the life of the product as defined by a state or federal statue or to the life of the original purchaser but extends to a second generation owner. Finally, we believe we have a responsibility to serve our communities. We see our community locally, regionally, nationally, and globally. First, we must understand by our daily decisions that we impact the lives of many. By providing great products, excellent service, and a great work environment we will ultimately have the ability to create new jobs and opportunities for others. We believe in Free Enterprise and that persons should not exchange their freedom for security. Therefore we are required to continually create opportunities for others to provide for his or her family. We have created a relationship with the New Era Factory in Clarksville, TN because we believe in US manufacturing. Although we know not all products are available in the US, we believe we can do our part in helping one factory in the United States thrive when many companies are choosing to move overseas. While not always easy or inexpensive, it’s just the right thing to do. Finally, we believe our success is an opportunity to bless others with our time, talent, and treasure.
